Virtual Event Platform
Fit for Stacey Abrams, Pete Buttigeig and the DC Lottery.
The Virtual Event Platform is a versatile web application designed to effortlessly host unique online gatherings (because, you know, COVID). Developed for the German Marshall Fund’s annual Brussels Forum, the platform offers a customizable experience packed with features to ensure smooth and engaging virtual events. Since its debut, it has been successfully deployed for clients like Country Radio Broadcasters and the DC Lottery.
User Experience
The objective was to take components of a live event, mold them for a virtual environment, then sprinkle on flavor in ways only the web can allow.
There were trade-show booths, live comments, speaker bios, programmatic schedules, live streaming, recorded content access, and so much more.
Bespoke branding and feature
We developed a scalable module wireframe system that allows clients to choose features a la carte, tailoring the platform to their specific needs and branding. Working closely with developers, we turned these wireframes into an out-of-the-box product, complete with detailed specifications. This flexibility ensures that each event can have a unique setup without starting from scratch, making the platform both powerful and easy to customize.
Easily adaptable
Our platform is powered by a highly customized WordPress content management system, making it easy for event management teams to update and manage content effortlessly. For clients like CMB, the intuitive CMS allowed their team to handle their site seamlessly before, during, and after events using their existing WordPress skills.
